Weightlifting (Weight)

10 min warmup and build up to a 80% push press from the rack

Then

10min to perform 4 sets of 3 reps at 80-90%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3 rounds

20 burpees over DB

40 DB snatches (50/30)

20 T2B/25 K2C
